Fees
Early registration: 250,00 € until the 1st of June 2009
Late registration: 290,00 € until the 23rd of August 2009
On-site registration: 300,00 €

Students pay a reduced conference fee:
Early registration: 150,00 € until the 1st of June 2009
Late registration: 190,00 € until the 23rd of August 2009
On-site registration: 200,00 €
In order to pay the reduced fees please send a confirmation of your student status (e.g. mail from your thesis advisor, copy of your student ID)  to Ms Kirsten Voehl (kirsten.voehl@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de, phone+49 6221 54 3747).

Certificate of attendance
Confirmations of attendance will be issued at the registration desk.

Registration desk opening hours
Sunday, 30th of August 2009: 4 pm until 7pm
Monday, 31st of August 2009: 8 am until 7 pm
Tuesday, 1st of September 2009: 8 am until 7 pm
Wednesday, 2nd of September 2009: 8 am until 5 pm
Thursday, 3rd of September 2009: 8 am until 7pm
Friday, 4th of September 2009: 8 am until 2 pm

Coffee breaks and lunch
During the conference coffee breaks (coffee, tea, water, juices and snacks) will be served free of charge to the participants.
Lunch is available at the local student's cafeteria. Free Mensa tokens for one helping at the buffet and one beverage will be provided to the conference participants along with the conference materials.

Internet
WLAN is available for free at the conference venue and in most hotels for a minimal charge.

Proceedings
There will be no proceedings for this conference. We plan to make the presentations available as pdf files for download from the meeting web pages.
