The online registration is closed since 9 September.
You still can buy tickets for the full time of the conference at the venue: Standard participants: 80 EUR Undergraduates/PhD Students: 15 EUR Invited Speakers, Referees/Speakers, SFB Members: 0 EUR
We also sell day tickets (for 29 September - 2 October) at the venue: 25 EUR per day. They can be purchased for a maximum of 3 days only. If you want to attend the whole conference (4 days) you need to buy a normal ticket.
Please note that we accept cash only at the venue.
All registered delegates please come to the conference office at the venue for your conference materials before visiting the first lecture.

Not registered delegates can purchase a ticket, dayticket or mensa tokens at the conference office.
Cancellation/Refund
If you need to cancel your registration, UniTT must have received your written request latest by 14 August for a full reimbursement of registration costs (mail to: annette.schmidt@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de). You will receive a refund, minus 50% administrative charge if you cancel your registration after 14 August. In case of cancellation after 8 September or no-show, reimbursement cannot be made.
Cancellation of Accommodation
If you cancel the booking late (after 14 August 2008, (Hotel Acor after 24 July 2008)) or No-Show and the room cannot be rented otherwise, the full costs / the cancellation fee of the hotel will be charged.
